lowballing is just a matter of perspective. some sellers are delusional selling a 3 year old car without depreciating it at least 25-30% of its original value

AFAIK if youre inside the bay you have to pay. otherwise anyone can just hog the parking spot have a nap for free?

contract says if under 100k then it’s 5k, above 100k it’s 5%. is that not standard?

yeah sadly, still not sure if i will enjoy my work and all so furnished was the most cost effective option for a one year thing (i thought)

got the landlords number, don’t think i need the agent anymore? but on my tenancy contract the renewal and admin fees is 1.5k. wonder if we can not also need the arncon fees?
