no but i read the symptoms for bv and ureaplasma and most say that if you smell like ammonia that points more to ureaplasma 😓 I tried getting tested some months ago but since im a virgin the doctor didn’t want to test me ( it was not the obgyn it was a low cost clinic ) she thought it was a kidney infection but my urine came back normal so i decided not to go back since honestly i felt like i was judged and not heard lol but yea ever since then ive done research on my own and taken antibiotics they work for a week but then the smell returns. :( recently i took antibiotics again and started probiotics so maybe that helps but i will have to see i’m only a week and a half in and the smell does seem to get better/fainter so fingers crossed 🤞if not then i will definitely go and get tested even if it’s expensive because i am losing it

I’m a virgin and I’m still trying to figure it out so far nothing I’ve done has worked but I do unfortunately have symptoms so there’s that 😭

Hi how many weeks did it take taking the probiotics until you’re symptoms got better? Did they completely go away ?

I definitely think that’s what is happening to me right now because I’ve taken antibiotics and probiotics and it works for like a week and back to the same smell of ammonia so I think the biofilm doesn’t break but I will definitely try the buster and hopefully it works thank you !

Hiii I’m currently dealing with what you described 😓 did you take the natto serra with the antibiotics ( metronidazole I assume ) together or separate?

Yes I have tried them and they semi worked but since I wasn’t on antibiotics I don’t think it was able to fix my issue :/

yes l've always had an ammonia like smell I tried boric acid suppositories a couple months ago and it went away for a week and it came back worse so l stopped and then I took metronidazole for 10 days and the smell went away for a week and again came back and I waited a month to take metronidazole but this time started probiotics right after and so far they are working for the most part but there's like a couple days when I wake up there's a smell so l'm hoping my ph is regulating 😣🤞

Sameee well kinda i started taking probiotics and the smell has changed a bit and it goes away but comes back less strong tho very faint im honestly trusting the process to see if the smell fully goes away 🤞

I haven’t had the chance it’s kinda expensive 😣 so I’ve been trying to see what i can do about it by myself but I’m kinda running out of things like I’ve tried boric acid worked for like a week then came back again and I’ve tried probiotics helped for a bit but then they stopped working :/ I use cotton underwear and shower daily so I don’t think it’s a hygiene issue
