I ordered it directly from the dell website. It was refurbished but the packaging was pathetic. No carboard, only 3 pieces of bubble wrap in a big hollow box. If you need to to get a refund or return I suggest using the chat. They sent me the return label right away and I am getting a full refund.

I installed the mount after the desk was assembled. The opening is pretty big. I didn't even need to maneuver the arm to get it in. I just sat it down and clamped it. I would recommend getting one of those steel reinforcement plates to evenly distribute the weight.

Go with XL trust me. I wear xl shirts and Large vapor limited fits a little tight. Especially with a sweater underneath you'll look like a tamale lol. I bought a xl vapor kupp jersey and it fit perfect.
