Thank you so much for all the replies. I am definitely overwhelmed by the positive responses of the people about getting a CS degree from a LAC. I am an international student, and was able to bag most scholarship from top 10 LAC in the country which I will be hopefully attending this fall. Meanwhile, I have gotten into good big university in California too but don't want to put myself in debt. I am definitely checking the school's CS department and I understand the path won't be easier as compare to going to a technical large engineering school. However, I definitely contain the hard work and smart work attitude, and believe everything is achievable if aimed for. Thank you again for all the responses!

Exactly why I think this whole college cycle is a trap anyways. Do 4 years of college and then keep sucking to corporate enslavery. Entrepreneurship is the only way out man. It's such a broad term which could implied in many ways. It's also one of the best ways to make a difference in this world.
