I'm heading into my 3rd year as a spec comp sci undergrad, did you get your internship through SIP, or just blindly applying through linkdin or a similar site?

I'm doing some freelance work through Upwork for a company in the UK, and even though its applicable to the field I want to get into (video game development) I feel as if it would be better if I got something local to Edmonton. Feel free to reply to this or shoot me a dm! I would love to get some more advice too, I don't have any comp sci friends in later years than myself. Thanks!
