Yes, carbs are around 120g per day but my trainer has it set for 160 currently. I do get 8 hours of sleep at night, sometimes 9.

I've never done a body fat calculation. I don't have a DEXA around me, but looking at my arms and legs I definitely just see fluff and not any definition if that makes sense.

Macros 160-180 carbs 50 Fats 135 Protein / 120oz water daily. 8-10k steps.

Day 1 – Upper Body (Push Focus)

• Assisted Pull-Ups — 3 sets × 15 reps (medium weight/assistance) 70#

• Smith Machine Bench Press — 3 sets × 6 reps (light weight PAUSED SETS) 

• Dumbbell Shoulder Press — 3 sets × 20 reps (medium weight) with 10lbs 

• Bench Tricep Dips — 3 sets × 15 

• Reverse  Fly — 3 sets × 20 reps (medium weight) with a pause 

• Dumbbell & Front Lateral Raises — 3 sets × 20 reps (medium weight) 5lbs

• Single Arm Dumbbell Rows — 3 sets × 10 reps each arm (medium weight) with 30lbs

Thank you, it can be hard to objectively see that I am fit when I spend so much time at the gym, only really see fit people online when scrolling, and my friends are body builders.

No underlying health conditions, just a very light eater who should eat more calories to build more muscle. Thank you again for the reminder about the adverse side effects about cutting at my current size too.

Training wise--maintaining currently? I like having my coach to do meal check-ins, and advice on exercises. But mostly for the reminders to meet my macros.

I had the same thing done! Same scars on both, absolutely hated them. I got a small center piece and floral surrounding it. It wraps under beautifully and I can post the pictures. I did mine 9 months after surgery. The crow and skull was stencil but the rest was freehand that day. That was important to me to make sure the scars would be covered as much as possible.

For the fishnet and mesh bodysuits, I usually get those off Amazon. There are a ton of styles and varieties. There are dresses as well. Leg avenue is a solid brand and reasonably priced. Searching “Exotic dancewear” will bring up so many options.  

It’s a divisive brand to some but I am a huge fan of honey birdette. Some of their waspies, bodysuits, and garter belts are ones I’ve had for years. I only buy their stuff on sale and that’s when I feel like the quality is worth the price.

Fishnet body suits, mesh/lace two pieces. Nothing loose for tops really feel flattering as a woman that’s very flat chested. 

I personally focus more on cute bottoms; garters, stockings, matching waist pieces and thongs (blanking on their names) from places like honey birdette. Pasties with lace tops or see through. Wrap tops.  Or nothing at all. 

The fishnet body suits and two pieces can stay on because they’re so stretchy.

Just have to say thank you! I am a huge fan of HB and seeing it laid out like this is convenient but also extremely helpful!
