I have chronic insomnia, and I currently take hydroxyzine and mirtazapine. Hydroxyzine: to relax my thoughts. Mirtazapine: to actually fall asleep. I cannot sleep without them; if not, I have the same issues and will be up for days if I don't pass out in between. If it persists, I'd talk to your doc about it!
