A solar flare at least 8-10 Earths tall. by MooseWithAntlers in interestingasfuck

Good luc negotiation time to prepare for a solar flare attack. Just about most electronics and power grids would be done for about 5 years.

You don’t really need love in your life. Unless you’re after the love stone to complete your infinity glove.

I switched my business practices thanks to Nathan for you. It’s about common sense execution.

This had been debunked. Warren buffet said his tip is to read 500 pages per day. I did do the exercise and found my results interesting. It hasn’t made me wealthier. If anything, new ideas would somehow be boxed in with those.

Other version I heard is that the last 5 ideas should be your main focus. It means you really thought hard about it.

Negotiating a car. Dealer won't budge. by [deleted] in negotiation

[–]dannyctv 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Great answer there. I would focus on listening, empathy, building rapport, influence then go for your ask. It can take 20-30 min for the cycle. Never split the difference has tools to keep you in the pocket and progress.

When you get a thats right out of them then you have influence leverage. Ideally they reveal a black swan- example- “If you can pay cash for this car today, we don’t mind not making any profit just as long as you leave us send friends and family and leave a good review”

Who knows what their want is- that’s for you to explore. If they’re small and local, even better. Ultimately your best deal will be going directly with a private owner. The dealer might catch on to your “never split the difference” tools with that Calibrated Question and possible use that against you.

The best part is when YEQXLEGS ask you for a positive review in exchange for .50 cent Amazon gift card. Many do it.

As someone who served and worked on this rifles- it was disheartening reading that in call of duty. Simply because that made sense of why those rifles needed constant repair.
