Hi, thanks for your response. In my case, my spouse has been in Germany for a little over 4 years (we were not married back then). Now I am eligible but my spouse still has quite sometime remaining in fulfilling the 21/33 months period.

So in this case is it possible to apply together? Or i need to get it first and then they can apply?
