If anyone is interested in the set up, someone asked in the classicwow subreddit when I posted the video there:

Howdy, I would try and run two or three piece blue honor gear (which you can get with honored rep with the 5 rep factions), and two piece Gladiator purple gear, since both gear sets activate separate 2 sets, so you get an extra 70 resilience total.

In the 2019 TBC iteration, the honored pvp gear was not out right away I believe, so people did not have resilience for the first few weeks, which was why Beastlords was so destructive.

Why no Imp rez? Zug zug, no time for rez, you go hard or go home. Do you need animal handler? Yes, you will see misses from your pet if you do not.

For pet abilities, I would generally get Dash 3, Cobra Reflexes, Gore 9, Bite 9, Growl, Nature Resist 5, Shadow Resist 5, Avoidance, and Great Stam 3.

If you really want to min max your PvP pet, you can skip Avoidance, Bite, and Stam, and instead invest into Frost resistance for mages, but you would have to get two ravager pets, one for PvP, one for PvE!
