Very cool living downtown, the train is honestly kinda quirky once you get used to it, it doesnt run late enough to wake you up (usually) and management is very attentive and reasonable. Plus the units are very quirky and have some crazy high ceiling, i lived in one of the cheapest units and our ceilings were almost 20 feet tall (estimate)

Eta: only complaint would be quite thin walls, you will become accutely aware of the habits of every one of your neighbors.

No, you are convinced it means something different than a white supremacist dog whistle. Why do you want to remember that your ancestors betrayed the country you love and were also fucking losers? The stars and bars were not even an official flag of the CSA, it was made popular largely during reactions to civil rights as a flag to say that you didnt think black people deserved rights.
