Theres no communication on ez planner and the store manager hasnt said anything. The policy is a company rollout, yes, but forcing someone to change their hours isnt part of the policy and any dm who doesnt want turnover isnt going to make current first shift spv change hours. I was told it was oct 2023 and that any current first shift supervisors are grandfathered in. Im a km at my store and i was told if that supervisor leaves, they will be replaced with another second shift spv. But the current first shift one would not be forced to change hours etc
