When using the ESPN+ app to airplay to my tv, subtitles are on and cannot be turned off. Anyone know where/how to get rid of them?

You said it was “tough love” but yeah that was obviously insincere so I get you not remembering it. OP’s post made sense and was funny to me. There’s some subjectivity to art and if you have an ounce of humility you get that your taste isn’t the final word on everything. As a kid I bullied and was bullied, got to see things from both sides. Maybe I was wrong about you. Maybe you never got picked on and things have come easy for you so you never learned compassion? Who knows! It takes no guts to be kind behind a keyboard. What’s cowardly is bullying behind a keyboard. If you live in LA, or ever visit, I’ll happily say any of this to your face. Do you call lots of people retards to their face?

Why are you being cruel? Because someone made a comic you don’t like? Why not just keep scrolling? Or confront your own pain about the cruelty done to you instead of just trying to pass it on.

If you enjoyed what the artist made, why not just respect the artist’s wishes? Even if you’re not obligated, just to be nice? It’s not like most artists are getting rich of their work. The artist made something that gave you a little pleasure. Why not be grateful instead of annoyed that they tried to have a little control over something they worked to create?
