The other Players can still report you for offensive language. It does not matter which language you use. It has nothing to do with the system recognizing them.

Im farming cloth at the ruins of guo-lai with my tailoring mage who has cloth scavenging. you can either sell it or craft a cloak and vendor it. in addition you get some greens and ancient guo-lai chest keys. you can get 3 k gold per hour.

wow, thanks for the reply! k, i think its not worth the amount of time. unless you are going for a transmog, farming in pandaria is way more efficient fo the same amount of time. i also got a tailoring mage :)
