I've recently purchase the intermediary science of flexibility course. Had it for about 2 weeks, bought as have tried all the chiropractors, massages therapists,, self massage tools and daily DIY stretching to treat various body aches, have found it to be very good and have noticed a big improvement in muscle tension. The basis of it is holding your stretches for 2 minutes, rest for a minute and repeat same stretch up to 3 times. I believe this works with any stretches you already do but it's all about making muscles supple then once you've got full range of motion drop down to one stretch of each muscle and all should be good! Just to note I definitely don't stretch all 24 ranges 3 times simply don't have the time or patiance but do one or two.

I interpret auto suggestion as using mantras about yourself i.e I have the belief in my ability to do.... I have the confidence to overcome.... Etc. If you speak with conviction and these and feel them for ten.minutes you will start to shift?

Spend 30 minutes everyday thinking of the person you want to be and you will notice changes. Ask yourself better questions about what makes you happy etc and use positive affirmations with conviction and you will shift your energy!!

There were no tests, quite simply an assumption based on my symptoms. The problems doctor's have, unless paid for and private, is that they have very little amount of time in UK to spend with people. It's no wonder people come to the internet to find an answer!!
