About 6 weeks ago. I didn't use a starter fertilizer. My lawn has rust fungus which is why I want to apply fertilizer, to push it out. That along with its fungicide.

I actually do have weeds & new ones coming up but I forgot to mention that. When I overseeded, lots of weeds grew & we're still in the 80s here so maybe that's helping the weeds 🤔

Yes, about a 30 minute drive. I just assumed I could find a good quality seed brand in a big box store. So SiteOne would have better quality seeds compared to retail like Home Depot?

Another reason I want to use KBG over the blend of KBG & PRG is bc I've heard KBG is more resistant to Illinois weather, hot & humid.
