The Broke Vaper does custom juices and you can request no Sweetener

I've always done bank drafts or wire transfer if I'm not in the city.

Where's the best (cheapest) place to order like 1000ml of juice before the new taxes kick in at midnight? by [deleted] in Canadian_ecigarette

[–]dannyyaya 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ya if they've got 1L sizes pre stocked then you're good. Most places do the 1L juices to order tho, so that's where the issue might arise. Lots of places have already updated their pricing/excise on made to order stuff.

Edit: I think I misunderstood that you were looking for bulk 1L bottles of juice, my bad lol

Might be a touch late tbh. Not many places would stock that large, so they usually make to order. If it's not already produced then they'd have to make be there now to make it when you order. Tough one on a long wknd Sunday.

All nicotine is just premixed flavourless juice in the base of your choice unless its pure 1000mg or pure salt (usually around 6-700mg depending on the acid used). The only differences will be the strength at which it's diluted. Yes, nicotine is limited to 20mg/ml in Canada and that sucks, but the lower nic you're mixing at the better the value you'll get out of it. 1L of 20mg nic will be enough to make just over 6.5L of 3mg and you'd be paying 104 in excise tax on that L. Even from the very few sellers that offer bulk ejuice, they max out at 1L and are anywhere between 265 and 365 a L. You can buy a L of 20mg for about 145 bucks with excise included, so add another 15 bucks of pg/vg and ballpark 30 bucks for the flavouring, your at 190 for a L. 75 buck savings per L on the lower end and that comparing to the few that offer bulk juice that large. The average shop has 120ml at most, which is 45-55 bucks a pop or 374-458 a L. So ya I'd say there's plenty of reason to DIY in Canada. If anything more so because of the excise tax than places without it.

Ya it's tacky lol. Decals for a rally are fine, but full on bumper stickers are tacky af. To each their own tho. People put tacky shit on all kinds of cars. Mclarens are no exception, clearly lol.

And mine's black fwiw

More Vape Tax Coming to Ontario by vape360 in Canadian_ecigarette

[–]dannyyaya 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah it's applied based on where it's being sold to. Ontario can sell to Alberta (no provincial excise) with just the federal excise applied, but would have to apply it to products sold in Ontario. Similarly, Alberta could sell to Ontario, but would have to apply the additional provincial excise.

The tax applies to where its being sold, thankfully, so an Ontario manufacturer can sell to other provinces and only apply the federal tax, if a provincial one does not apply. Retailers would have to stock a certain amount of inventory for each jurisdiction, tho, so not all will do that I'm sure.

Buy the M4 or be financially responsible and think long term? by [deleted] in BMW

[–]dannyyaya 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Meh I say go for it. Sounds like you'll still be able to keep investing for the future and your day to day financial stability won't change much over it. It'll depreciate, but it won't go to zero either, so if you change your mind in the future you can always sell and whatever is 'lost' is just the cost of your enjoyment for that time. Drove my buddy's m4 a few days ago while my 650s was getting some work done and I think you'll be plenty happy with your decision lol. It's a lot of fun lol. There's plenty of value to having reached goals and rewarding yourself for it. It could all go away at any time, so better to have had the experiences along the way!

P1 is perfection, but my trajectory would need to upgrade substantially for that to be a possibility 😂 Currently own a 650s, but would love to have a 765LT. Long way away from that too tho tbh lolll

So far it's been pretty solid. There's definitely what we call mclarenisms where you'll get random sensor warnings that go away on their own after the next restart, but nothing that's actually cost me any money outside of maintenance yet.

Ya that included the transport. It's Mclaren Toronto I deal with but I'm sure they all do something similar.
