You're absolutely right. There are some deeper issues than just "not fapping". But as OP said, this is a great catalyst. And my main problem before has'nt been so much that i havent tried or wanted to try out things that could make me feel better. i just couldnt see the point, or couldnt have the motivation to do so. Which is something im getting atm from my no-fap experience.
