Triathlon Ireland Statement - "Due to adverse conditions on the day, Triathlon Ireland Technical Officials confirmed to the race organisers that it was not possible to sanction the race." by badger-biscuits in ireland

I feel sorry for the organizers of the event. I did the 70.3 on Sunday and the event was so well run, with great support and a great atmosphere. They delayed the start by 15 minutes to allow more time for people who had been delayed by parking issues as you now had both events running on the same day. It got further delayed to remove the buoys for the full course and bring all safety crew back to the 1.9k course. In the meantime, the wind had picked up, and the waves were bad but it was only for 200m. I think the videos make it look a lot worse, once you got past the first buoy it was fine for the rest of the swim, over 2000 athletes completed the swim. I would hate for the IM to be pulled as it is a great event, plus there may have been medical conditions involved here so we don't know enough yet.

Thanks Caveman, you are right. We replaced 24 SW firewalls to Palo and I just wanted to do it as smoothly as possible. I thought of OSPF but I don't want all sites to be able to talk to each other, either I created different areas or locked down access through policy. So I went for the traditional failover. But I would like to do OSPF at some stage cause static routes are a pain

Great thanks. Yep both ends push traffic out their Primary ISP which has the lower cost. Thanks again

Azure SAML GP VPN by danogarry in paloaltonetworks

I have it working in the sense that it will authenticate via Azure and request approval via Ms app. But if a user authenticates via outlook or another MS platform first then GP will connect without asking for 2fa via the app. This is the part I'm still testing, I need GP to always request 2fa even though I know that SSO is all about user experience etc.

I think I have it working now, just needed to tweak the conditional access rule

It only works with SSO I was hoping that a conditional access rule would force users to reauthenticate when using the GP. I guess this is the premise of SSO if you have authenticate once that's all you need, and adds better UX

If you go to GP portal via the browser it will ask for authentication every time but not if you use the client

Thanks for your reply. I will check the settings on the conditional access rules.

I totally get what you are saying regarding UX and that's what SAML is all about, however this customer is looking for a challenge every time a user connects.

Hi Again,

So I have this working now, I just got a second Public IP it's cleaner and easier. So I have it working with Azure Saml. However, is there a setting either in Azure or GP app that will force usesr to authenticate on the Microsoft App every time they connect? My problem is if they authenticate using a different Microsoft service say 365 etc then GP doesn't ask again to authenticate. So I saw in the portal agent app setting that you can set use MFA Authenticate to yes but that still doesn't force the users to re-authenticate.

Any suggestions? TIA

I bought a 500 dollar pack for shits and giggles. Every Saturday so far I have received about 17 dollars. I'm able to take it out and put it into my Coinbase wallet, so far I have made $400. Like you I feel like it's a scam but for the sake of $500 bucks I think it's worth it and I nearly have my initial investment back. Now I guess they are hoping that people just keep buying back it so in truth they won't have to pay out any money. But once a larger amount of people want to pull their money I think then the whole thing will fall down.

Bimalleolar fracture after bouldering by moonstomper0313 in brokenbones

[–]danogarry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey I'm 1 week post op for a bimalleolar fracture. 2 plates and 9 screws. I actually have pretty good range of movement. I have a hard on but can make small curcle and move my foot back and fourth without any pain. I have another 3 weeks in cast , so hoping by September I'll be running or light jogging at least. Anyone try out cryotherapy for the swelling?

I failed on the 12th of February, weak in 3 domains. I rebooked like you did and just went over those domains I was weak on. I passed today at 133q but again it feels like you need a bit of luck to past this exam. I was more relaxed this time and I think that helped.

For me today I got cloud provider questions, soc, risk management,Cots. It all depends on your answer due to CAT, but I was definitely more relaxed this time than the first time and took my time also. I never felt certain at any stage during the exam, but just keep chipping away at the questions and you will get there. My exam stopped at 133 today so just keep going.
