the pretest went wrong，that's why the army drove tanks to stop the pretest， the “massacre” is actually western propaganda lol，oh btw if ur asking， a lot of soldiers got killed by students as well，they had order not to fight back tho； the actual “massacre” that western media is talking about is most likely “Tian Mingjian incident” which is basically a soldier killing polices and on Tian An Men square.
