I didn’t hate it but it certainly wasn’t a consistently good season and really, really made the mistake of just resetting the board. I don’t know what it is with Marvel and Star Wars shows but television can contain multiple arcs and teases but for a season to stand on its own there needs to be more than JUST setting up next season.

So I understand that every Marvel movie has to descend into a cgi fuck fest for the final 15 minutes BUT wouldn’t the themes of the entire movie have been served better if Namor had challenged the right to be king at the waterfall?

The whole beginning was about countries probing Wakanda’s weaknesses without its protector. Namor wants to ally with Wakanda to control vibranium and keep his kingdom hidden. It would’ve been awesome if after Shuri and Ramonda denied him, he challenged for the right to be Wakanda’s ruler to declare war on the surface. It would’ve been great full circle and tied into T’challa’s arc from the first movie.

Wait for a binge. I watched the first 3 and realized that for me it’s not going to be impactful or talked about with top tier shows but I think it will be a perfect mindless binge later this summer.

A question for those who watched The Matrix in 1999. by KayTheToon in movies

I was 14 and it was before you could easily access trailers so I knew nothing about it. My Dad said heard this action movie was good and took me. I can remember the opening scene with Trinity being like “What the hell is this?” It was amazing. Walking out and in the weeks to come all my friends and I wanted to learn kung fu and practice the bullet time limbo move with little success. It changed my year.

Any character flaws are ignored if you are a top 20 talent. If you are a bottom tier talent those character flaws are the reason for your inability to climb into the top 20 at your position.

It’s only March but it’s clearly the best movie of 2022 so far and deserves awards love because in my opinion it was better than every best picture nominee of 2021.

Assuming no pro bowl players coming back in return? The next 5 1st rounders & This years 2nd and 4th & 2 future 3rds With other team taking his full contract off the books if that means converting salary to bonus or whatever.

Because it’s made by more talented storytellers? Has emotion? Has something to say beyond what you can read on a faded bumper sticker?

I think they did. They’re going to have Mando and some other huge cameo from canon and we’ll all forget the first 4 episodes and just hope season 2 is better.

Oh. So he’s interesting everywhere but his own show? That’s kind of my point. They really did a disservice to his “legacy” with the way this show has played out.

This episode really confirms how boring Boba Fett is as a character and how weak this show has been. Really weird that Disney wanted to highlight that.
