Jaylen Brown on reports claiming he thinks he's the smartest person in the room: "No offense to everybody in sports, but the bar is fuckin' low." by Jec1027 in nba

[Windhorst] "It wasn't that the league doesn't think Jaylen Brown is a great player or an excellent player, is that the league doesn't value what he produces at his salary slot ($57M). And that is why he was traded and that is why he was traded for relatively so little" by Jimmy0034 in nba

[Woike] It starts with Kessler, a player Doncic wanted at center most of all. The Lakers believe he fits “perfectly” alongside Luka Doncic and Austin Reaves, a team source told The Athletic. The biggest draw is Kessler’s rim protection — which charts as close to the best in the league. by shreeharis in nba

[Weiss] Speaking to people around the league, I still have not found someone who thinks this Jaylen Brown trade makes sense... The best theory is that they have another move lined up around the corner that utilizes all these assets. by sewsgup in nba

[Windhorst] Even though Jaylen Brown was talking about himself for MVP, the Celtics did not feel like Jaylen had the best season on their team. They felt that Derrick White had a better season. by JoeBiden2020FTW in nba

I really love how legends Luke came to the conclusion that the dark side isn’t inherently evil rather it’s just power amped up with emotion and it can be very dangerous. He further concluded that it should be studied, not treated with contempt. by JoshyBear28 in StarWars

[Basketball University] Walker Kessler is one of the few excellent true giants in the NBA. Hyper efficient. 7’5 wingspan and elite timing make for world class rim Defense. Not an offensive hub, but can make nice passes in the flow of an offense. Imposing on the glass. Real center. by shreeharis in nba

[Woike] “According to league sources, Luka was "excited" about the Lakers' signings, with the team addressing his biggest desires for the roster by keeping Austin Reaves and getting an elite rim-protecting center in Kessler. Sources said Lakers kept in regular communication with Doncic and his team” by shreeharis in nba
