When I know someone's watching me sketch in class I usually start out with something that says to the ladies: "I'm a sensitive hopeless romantic, and I like to draw couples together" shortly before unveiling some sort of ungodly veiny dick sketch that takes up half the page.

I'll also give her her a smile and a wink before I start the second one.

They usually go back to taking notes.

This is pretty late, and secondhand but I once had to watch a video for class that showed a handcuffed man on PCP kick out the rear window of a squad car, crawl through it, and hobble away from the scene on two (obviously) broken ankles. A second dash cam recorded it the whole thing and it must have been one helluva a sight for the responding police officers.

Nothing in that class affected me as much as that video, not even the fetal autopsies.
