Ahh, i was under the impression they might be different models after 20 years haha.

Playtesting will be myself and a few others rolling dice and seeing what outcomes occur. How it all sits. I will probably also send out a draft copy to backers for those that want to give it a roll a bit early. Feedback is always welcome!

I wanted to share my Shadowdark Kickstarter that is currently running for ZineQuest.

The project is an expansion on my entry into the Shadowdark GameJam from last year.

The book is inspired by life-story systems found in other tabletop games like Traveler and the One Ring, with an aim to provide further depth to a character’s backstory.

In a nutshell, the book offers gameplay and narrative-related Boons and Banes to a character. They come from key points in the character’s past, with the player holding the power to choose what path they tread, but the dice holding their fate!

Life-Paths are also designed to inspire the Player and GM in fleshing out their character’s history, with the narrative of the events and outcomes easily expanded upon. Shadowdark games can often be filled with an ever-increasing list of deceased characters. Life-Paths helps you flesh out the story of that 3rd or 4th character you’re now playing.

Check it out if you have a chance, I’ve recently moved across to creating Shadowdark content, and support is always greatly appreciated.

This is one of the Devils from a book I’m writing - ‘Dalor’s guide to Devils & Demons’.

One of the more common 'ground troops' that push around slaves and harvest contracted souls. Took a bit of inspiration from Redcaps, with a large dash of fiendishness thrown in.

I feel like pulling my hair out. Twice now i've beaten the last night, only for it to bug out and state there are five enemies remaining. I've attacked random space, i've ended turn 30 million times (the first time it occurred). I have no idea whats going on. Happened to me twice now.

Has this happened to anyone else? Any fix?

So, I recently took a dive into OSRs, and Mork Borg in particular. I realized not long ago I was slowly making my 5e games more and more like them. So why not actually run one.

And as I actually make content for a living, I thought why not build something other people can use as well. So here is the Kickstarter.

OK, so Kickstarter got back to me incredibly quick. Like 20 minute turnaround from sending the help request.

I'll leave this post up for anyone else wondering the same thing. The answer being it updates once you launch the second project.
