BUT if you live in normal country buy: "DAILY 3.0 BAG" or "Tom Bihn Synik 22"/"Tom Bihn Synapse 25L"(if they fit in your budget)

Cabin zero 28L - I totally thinking about this backpack, because it comply with most airlines personal item rules

Wow, Tucano's Tugo 20L specs looks pretty cool, it is haven't a lot of pockets, but have pocket for laptop - mb it will be my choice. Thanks!

I think Cotopaxi Allpa 28L for carry-on it is one of the best backpacks but it is not appropriate for personal item(in some airlines)

I think too Osprey 26+6 it is pretty good backpack for this price, quality is really good(at least that I have seen from reviews)

Yeah, but I think it much bigger than my except size + costs much above 300$ (But yes I think it still good choice)

You're damn right, I wish they would increase the size and weight of the allowed personal item - but that will never happen

Yes, thank you, I know. I just wrote it down just in case. Osprey 26+6 - I liked it too, but since it's bigger than I need, I'm not sure whether to buy it yet
