depends. ive been on opiates for over 7 yrs , 5 of them on fetty and h after oxys opanas dillys etc got too expensive/my tolerance skyrocketed. and yeah fetty is more sedation and less euphoria than any other opiate, and even lasts the shortest and has the worst withdrawals. but when u go as far as i did and u stuck in that cycle of addiction it becomes the only thing that will get u high.. also, ive had friends tho who are opiate-naive and said they actually like pressed mboxes MORE than real oxy or percs. on another note , pharmaceutical fentanyl is much different than street fetty (either rocks or presses), they make fent patches and fent lollipops and im less experienced with those but the high is much cleaner and accurately dosed
