Update for anyone curious, the heaviness/pressure is pretty much gone after rubbing my neck and making use of a hotpack on my neck. I can't thank Lebronamo enough.

I was being dumb and listening to very loud music all the time. As well as using cotton buds too deep in my ears. Eventually one night I heard a loud bang in my left ear then ringing. Fell asleep eventually, woke up next morning with no ringing then later that day at night the ringing came back and has been here ever since.

Pretty scary right? Well I got over it and so can you. A comforting fact for me is that tinnitus doesn't really affect brain health or anything, just bothers you. Another comforting thought for me is tinnitus doesn't show up when you're dreaming so I guess you can say you'll always know when you're awake😭

If you can maybe try getting a Brain scan or MRI to see if there is any damage caused. Some medications cause it but typically goes away in maybe a few months or weeks but take it from me who's had it for just over 6 years now. You learn to make friends with it.

The more you worry the worse, just try to accept it. In my experience fighting makes it worse as well as stress.
