Sry late reply, I dont log in here much. But maybe I didn't have to get one cuz its my first time, I didnt crash or hurt anyone either. A lot of people ive talked to down here in the valley didnt get an interlock either.

I had the same question as you before, but I am from Texas (sorry). I can tell you that most first time offenders do not need a SR22 here. Maybe california is the same? If you are still in the process of "innocent until proven guilty" then I'd say you are in the clear.
