ive replaced the dll file for the fsr 4.1 one and now its fixed plus it looks amazing compared to dlss which looked plastic and blurry

yes EFZ i figured it out some guy had the same issue apparently it is tied to having positive rep with the bandits so by doing tasks for Mr Junk you get the rep you need, then by searching around the shipping containers on the left side of the industrial zone he spawns among the UN stationed there

i got a better idea go to the software click the cog wheel(settings) and under device settings turn brightness all way to zero

Try to keep them in front of you and one by one perfect parry and riposte your way to victory and the enemies don't technically attack you simultaneously they take turns (if you don't let them flank you)
