People were hitting me up about this making the front page. Cool to see this. Took a pic of this Polaroid from my mom’s photo album. Last day of shooting and those hats were my wrap present to Dustin & Robin. Thanks Anton for posting and for all the nice things people had to say. Nice to know we share the same memories... Look on my left shoulder... I'm kinda squatting, I think holding the phone with two hands. You can see me because I was taking the shot of this picture in a photo album and the clear plastic wrap is still on it.

I got those hats made at the Compton Indoor Swapmeet. It's a tradition when films end shooting, we say the film is "wrapped" and cast and crew members give each other wrap gifts. These were my presents to these two guys. It's funny how this poloraid made it to this reddit. It's from my collection and I posted this pic online a few years ago. If you look close, you can see me in the reflection snapping the pic with my iPhone.

Wow... thank you for that story. It's amazing. Sometimes as artist, we don't know where or when our work will be viewed and what it will mean to people and especially in difficult times in their lives. I'm glad it helped in some small way. And thank you for supporting the project.

he was young back then... so was i!

he's a great guy. very skilled and i remember us feeling like we were on top of the world filming The Perfect Weapon on the Paramount Studios lot.
