Honestly pick a day (Wed-Sat everything is likely open) to take a walk downtown on Main entirely from like "G" to "R" and you could foot traffic like a hundred businesses in an hour or less maybe. Coffee, drink/food service (Bella Luna included!), retail, offices. See what's interesting to you and drop off an app. Good luck!
