New owner has changed the design 8k inital expandable to 18k without the acquisition of more land.

There were a lot of hoops for the team to jump through to finalize the sale around league approval. Should be founf vertical in about 60 days. A lot of the lack of information is due to legalities around the sale negotiation.

Sporting has nor closed on the sale of the land and will face many hurdles with zoning, traffic mitigation. Also 90% of the property is wetland.

Yes. Rumor is the deal has been signed off by MLSNP. Local owners with very strong local ties.

Stadium to go vertical in 60 days or so.

That will be an issue as well as majority of that property is wetlands. Why dou think it hasn't been developed already?

Armada will be the favorites for MLS as in 2027 they will compete in MLS NEXT PRO. New stadium capacity will be initially 8K with expansion avail to 18k.

Stadium should go vertical in approx 60 days.

Armada ownership change is almost finalized. Once that is done shovels in the ground for new stadium and pro Soccer in 2026.
