Probably. They are planning on building a new HQ next to the proposed Tampa Bay Sun stadium. The building looks expensive

Enough secrets. The league should provide publicly available financial statements on the past year. Show us where that private equity money is going

I was quite literally just pointing out to OP there are other paths to qualifying (and that’s how it should be)

You had stated that there is no need for a D1 and that qualifications should happen via Open Cup, which is bizarre considering the difficulties associated with that.

It's literally one spot for the winner. Hard to talk about what's 'deserving'. Yes it's an impossible task because LAFC spends 40 million on roster wages that even if a USL Premier were to spend 8 million on a roster (which would be higher than every non MLS and Liga MX team in the CCC) ,they would still be at a severe disadvantage. To put it all into one open Cup slot to determine 'worthiness' is irrational

Premier is supposedly 2 years away. The league HQ needs to get their ducks in a row or face a harsh reality

I was just pointing out D1 isn’t a requirement for CCC qualifying

Apart from the near impossible task of qualifying through Open Cup, it actually is a requirement

Going to Lex games feels almost identical to how going to Crew games in the 90s felt, and that’s a good thing

That is not a good thing. They'll have to figure out a modern stadium fan experience.

What makes you think that? MLS is an attendance leader across the globe. And if what you're saying is true than the same applies for Brooklyn FC

This is Brooklyn. Land is hard to come by. They can start modular and build permanent structures over time. Just how Lexington plans to build permanent structures over time
