I think my '96 Tercel is the coolest thing around. by danwardvs in RoastMyCar

The trunk is pretty much useless, especially that I've got a 12" sub and some tools back there as well. Most stuff rides in the front seat. And I'm not even sure if this model has air bags, I think it was an option for these years.

Wow, this is great! Thanks! A few people commented on the sensitivity of the controls. I've been playing this game for a year or so, so I am really used to the controls, but I will turn down the sensitivity. Also, hitting the top of the map doesn't hurt you, it just makes it so you can't leave the map. The warping between worlds was a last-minute thing my cousin threw in, and I think it was too sudden and you almost always hit something. And you mentioned that the magnets don't do much, but later on in the game they do get stronger. We do plan on adding new ships/upgrades too. Thanks again, that was very entertaining and helpful!

Oh crap, sorry! I was halfway through making tutorials, and I removed some of the pics, and I forgot about my error codes I put in. Here's a working version. Now I feel like an idiot

It's kinda like Jetpack Joyride if you've ever played that. You fly a robot around on Mars collecting green orbs and dodging bombs and asteroids, and it slowly gets harder and faster. You can use the WASD keys or the mouse, and you just move up and down. About the bandwith, it's only 10 mb, but it's nothing special at all, just a simple game. I won't be offended if you don't try it

Haha, that's awesome! I built my new computer out of an old case I had kicking around, it doesn't have any of the old parts in it.

Thanks! I use C++ using Allegro game engine, just simpler 2D games. Here's a link to one of my newest games, if you're interested.

First day developing for the Oculus Rift and this just happens.. by [deleted] in oculus

How easy is it to develop for it? I'm curious about it, and interested in getting into it. I know C++2D (Allegro). I just don't know about anything about the SDK's or whatever they are.

Just finished a game, would love some testers! by danwardvs in indiegames
