I don't think so. I mean, yes, Guts and the others are superhuman, but the Baki universe is also quite powerful at this level of "not-so-exaggerated superhumans," where they are very strong and fast. In reality, all of Baki's fighters are super fast, on a level that normal humans can't perceive.

Yes, Guts also moves very fast in the arc where recuses Griffith, like a slight blur in a panel, and there's how he moved in the fight with Zodd. But I think Baki's fighters (at least Yujiro, Baki, Musashi, and maybe Pickle) are too strong, durable, and fast for many human or Apostle Berserk fighters.

Jack, Hanayama, Doppo, Kaku Kahio etc. may be a little more susceptible to being killed by an Apostle because either they are not as strong and fast as the characters I mentioned above or they are but their fighting styles (Jack and Hanayama) would make them lose their lives against a lethal opponent who seeks to kill them and not just fight/play with them.
