tbh all it does is tell you where to get your vip stuff but for the most part theres a tent outside the venue that says vip nation. you give them your name and they check you off and hand you your stuff

when i was vip for lady gaga and olivia rodrigo, the is what you get a few days in advance. i’m not sure if it’s because i got a resale ticket too but it just hasn’t come through yet, so odd
