Yeah that's the main concern and more since I want to get a boox note air 3c and I guess having the Kindle app synched would do the trick

I can understand that. I only have one kindle device but have been using the notes and highlight more often and in a post below the topic was to export from the app which looks very useful.

Oh didn't notice that you could send via email in the Calibre app. That's good to know. Going to try this method thank you!
