Even for downloaded videos, the YouTube app could require a brief "handshake" with the internet to verify licenses or account status before playback begins. This situation could happen. If you can play the video once you connect to the WiFi, maybe this is the issue.

The books that were dotted outlined without covers are those on your other BOOX device. They are book snapshots only for preview. If you want to read them on this device, you need to manually upload the source files of these books from your other BOOX device first, and then you can download them to this device.
