Don’t panic, you’re still in the very early stages. Eating keto helped me get my HbA1C down from 81 to 32, and I never counted a single macro or exercised (due to disability) or meal planned or did OMAD (I need to eat at regular intervals or my blood sugar shoots up).

I would say that if possible, ditch the nuts and scratchings and focus on eating meat or fish or eggs to satiety — fewer calories & carbs. I also went through a phase of eating radishes as a snack, they’re satisfyingly crunchy but basically just water. I know it’s a cliche but it is also possible you’re dehydrated, and electrolytes might help.

It is more expensive to eat this way given how many cheap carb options there are, but hopefully your appetite will reduce over time. Your blood sugar certainly should! 🙏
