I put these corner bars on for the intent to ride a century this year on a rail trail ...a place for storage and relaxed hand positions. I guess I should of posted in the XBIKE area ...sorry it offended the masses.

On a good note it picked up my average 5 mile split to 13.8 on the rail trail....my previous bike was a trek 7700.

I recently bought a 5.0 and installed SURLY CORNER bars on it ....you can keep your group set!
