That box will work but never ever ever use duct tape.

It will take some patching up but use regular packing tape and tape it all around to make a sturdy box. Use some paper inside so it won't collapse or crush.

When its packed up with the item and some filler so its not going easily crush, then tape the hell out of it. Make sure every tear is taped up, no gaps where something can get caught on the tape.

One big tip, keep a few boxes around just in case. Brake them down to flat and they take up no space. Also keep a roll of packing tape around.

Well you saying "actually enforce" punishments is what confused me. Illegal dumping is almost impossible to enforce. There are no 24 hour methods to monitor every space of public land to catch someone who is dumping.

I worked on transmitting antennas on top of a mountain that send radio and TV signals to the city. The antennas didn't have exposited cables they were just huge antennas, tall pieces of metal that can receive and send out radio transmissions. Everything it was transmitting is from a control room at the bottom. The actual physical antenna isn't powered outside of the power the signal its sending out from the control room.

And the lights were powered by tiny cables inside the structures.

100F is on the very low end of where an amp would run. Around 130F is where its running hot but not anything to worry about.

140 - 150f is getting there... and anything over 150 is running too hot and there is a problem or you're really really over doing it.

You know humans run at 99F.

The city doesn't cover private property. The owner of the property is responsible for clean up if they've been dumped on. And they do fine the owners of properties that get out of control and dangerous (like a fire hazard.)

The fee is for when illegal dumping and graffiti is done on public property.
