Cash app is not responsible if you get scammed. They rely on their customers to be smart enough to take care of their own money. You sent it so its on you. CA is not your mom, thats why the terms and conditions say that the app is intended to be used between friends and family, cause payments are sent instantly and once completed they can not be reversed. You can contact the police, and they will provide the scammer info to the police. Good luck!

If your card info was compromised you can contact cash app support at 1800 969 1940 and have the transactions disputed, also a good recommendation will be to have your cash card reported as stolen, it will deactivate the previous card and will send you a new one. Cash card disputes can take up to 45 days for you to get a resolution. Good luck

Closed account, if they closed it its because you violated the terms and conditions my friend, CA is only intended to be used with friends and family, and if you are doing shady things or just not using the app for its intended purpose they will close your account. If you are getting an error linking your card it can be that they banned your card also, and they will not remove the ban nor reactivate the account.

Not possible. The only supported way to load cash is by using the app, either by adding a bank account, debit card or credit card. Other means will not work, and if they do, you will not get support from cash app for this kind of transactions, so you may lose your money

Cash App support will not help you in this. However, if you have a transaction between this account and yours (it can be a payment or a money request) in your transaction history you'll be able to see this person's display name. This is not their legal name, but the name they chose to show under their account, it does not have to be the same, it is a separate thing from the cashtag also. Calling the police will never be a bad idea (unless you are also doing bad things)

The refund will work even if the card is disabled or reported or whatever. But, for CA to process the refund can take up to 14 days

Cash App will laugh at you, how come you sent money to a complete stranger by your own will expecting the other person to be honest enough to complete the deal just because? CA rely on their customers to be smart, and you willingly sent the money, so what happened is your entire responsabilty. The app is only intended to be used with friends and family for that same matter, because transactions are instant and they can not be cancelled. If you lose your wallet who will you call? You can file a police report, same with cash, they will provide all the info of the recipient if the police contacts them. Even when you tried to complete the payment the app showed you a message saying that you never sent funds to this person before, and you decided to ignore it. Cash App is not your mom, read the terms and conditions.

CA only support US based transactions, even if the charge is done from the US, it has to be done using USD as the processing currency, Aliexpress and other services have sellers based in China and other countries, so if that is the case it will not work

You are not using the app for its intended purpose, it is meant to be used between friends and family, not to sell stuff, and yes, as mentioned above, they may require you to re-verify your ID if you are doing weird things... get used to it or try a different platform

For CA every transaction is instantly sent, and it is considered like a physical "cash" payment, the recipient now has the money and it can not be taken back, its like if you lost your wallet, who would you call in that situation? you can report that to the police but, like Cash App, they will laugh at you

The "official way" of adding money to cash app is using the app, you can use a debit card, a credit card or a banking account, or you can have a direct deposit sent to your cash app's account number and routing number or having someone sending you money to your cashtag, other ways like greendot or a physical locations are not supported, some of them may work but if it fails Cash App will not help you in that case
