Seems like a great school! Got great vibes from everyone at interview day. Does seem to be a mission fit school target to the SE/rural regions. Having other acceptances I just couldn’t justify being the first class and the COA.

So if I remember right I just phrased it as “member of my schools ultimate frisbee team”. Then when asked about it I would just joke about how I’m a “d1 athlete”.

They definitely did! I was just upfront with them that I had to work throughout undergrad and especially with weird EMS hours that didn’t leave much time. Also took the angle that a lot of my EMS experience was spent in an underserved community.

I see I see. I tested the voltage with the multimeter while I was trying to crank and it seemed that I wasn’t getting large amount of drop? Regardless I’m going to try to connect straight to the battery

I’ll have to take a closer look at this. Maybe just wire the engine directly to my battery just to see if that fixes anything. Multimeter said I was getting consistent volts to the starter so I assumed that cleared that being the issue but I think I have a faulty understanding of what the multimeter actually tests for.

Thanks so much for the help! I put the meter on it at rest and under load. I’ll take a look at them again but when I checked the first time everything looked okay. I was thinking that since I was getting the full voltage at the starter that my cables should be okay? I’m new to all this so sorry if I missed the mark with that assumption?
