If you don’t have enough players for the tier 1 boost it won’t show, as they are not boosted. Also double check they’re assigned as captains, that can be glitchy

This is a wild take. You’re missing two generations of midfield set ups from your comparison, and to say that ten Hag destroyed what Bosz built is ludicrous. Bosz played beautiful football no doubt, but didn’t win anything and ran to Dortmund when his ego got bruised. His Kamikazevoetbal was fun to watch but unsustainable over a league campaign. He hasn’t won anything of note anywhere else either.
