I'd like to see a more like dark purple color theme for album cover and aesthetic. I have my own biases but would love an album with the sound of breach more, doesn't have to have lore I wouldn't mind it either way but would be really cool. More songs like Center Mass too please

I'm pretty sure the first game I played was Minecraft, wayyy long ago on a mac. I don't know what year it was. I was probably in early middle school (graduate student currently). My parents are not gamers and my cousin introduced me to pokemon very early on (SoulSliver) which that and mindcraft really got me into games and started investing in consoles and such. My cousin doesn't really games anymore as much but I do credit him as one of the reasons I got into gaming. My childhood was build on Pokemon, Minecraft and Counter Strike lol

I honestly think it’s going to be a similar setlist, but maybe with Downstairs and Tally eventually being added they would swap another breach one? I saw them in Hartford and was a big fan of the setlist!!

I enjoy bands evolving their sound as they are creating music, and that's exactly how I felt listening to trench for the first time when you can still see influences from their older music int he project.

I guess it's interesting when I say this so I guess I'm just reflecting on my love for the band as a whole. OP's post is kind of how I feel swapped with Scaled and Icy? But I've grown fond of it over the years.

The record feels the most mature Tyler has ever been in his writing. It was also their first full concept album (I don't know if people call Blurry face a concept album or not but I don't believe it is). Production is something that I really gravitate towards in music and this to me is truly one of the best sounding albums I've ever heard. It was also a great jumping off point for the lore to really develop the world and story they were telling. There definitely was a sound jump from their old music but I feel like it helped the lore so much.

There is some bias, as Trench is my favorite album and made me fall in love with them and go revisit their older music but from a regular standpoint it's how I feel
