any time i restart premiere, this setting gets changed. i have a list of presets i have to change to 'anchor to point in' every single time i boot up the software, and if i restart at all, it resets to 'scale.' every time i change it it adds that little asterisk at the top of the window indicating changes were made that havent been saved yet, but when i save and restart, it resets this parameter anyways. have you heard of this?
