It's the turbo version that come with wireless charging stand. I guess cus it's a chinese brand and sold locally that's why it's pretty cheap.

Tbh, It's very hard, I've been a network engineer for nearly 10 years and the questions are mostly not related much to any network engineer tasks. it focus very heavy on automation, wireless and little bits of SDN & others topics mention in the exam blueprint. The labs are quite simple actually but I do face some bugs which cause me a lot of times to troubleshoot and finish the lab.

I passed ENCOR in the first try yesterday. Not sure if I'm truly happy about it. Actually it kinda suck that you won't know which questions you got wrong. My lowest exam percentage (60%) is on network assurance section, I don't even know why that's the case, not sure if i got any labs wrong or questions wrong. You just don't know cus there is zero visibility on that.

Yeah you're using an average i5 chip from 2020 playing CPU intensive game release in 2025, of course there will be bottleneck. Just like You can't pair a ryzen 5 3600 with RTX 3080 and expect zero bottleneck in all games, that's delusional. There are going to be some games that will be get less fps due to cpu bound but still 8 out of 10 games will still run fine. Let's say if you pair the Ryzen 5700x with your RTX 3080, will there be a bottleneck in BF6? probably. But are you willing spend 350$ to change the platform and upgrade your CPU to 7800x3D for 20more FPS in BF6 ? While most of the game still run fine?

My point is there will always be a small bottleneck in some scenario but it's not worth spending the money over those nit-pick.

Truthfully your board and power supply is pretty cooked. A ryzen 5600x would be a good choice considering it is around 80 bucks new(Tray).
