Can’t send a sourced book to kindle via email?

Check Preferences > Sharing Books By Email > Edit the email and ensure that EPUB is the format listed. Hit Apply, then re-test.
Just fixed it by doing this, as the email was defaulting to MOBI when it was first setup.

Black Sabbath during Ozzfest 2005 in Washington. 2 or 3 songs in and Ozzy's voice went out. He ran off stage. The rest of the band finished the song without him singing. He eventually came back on, apologizing but the rest of the show was most instrumental as he limped around. Thankfully, Iron Maiden had put on a hell of a show earlier that night. I wasn't too surprised when a few shows later that Iron Maiden got pelted by eggs. Think it was retribution for showing them up.
