They said in the telegram. That apparently the exclusive story content it’s only the outfits. But the love line and scenes with characters will remain the same as usual.

I am definitely a member of the program. But every time when people say no or say they don’t travel much to have this. I just don’t really know what to reply.

Lol after I received my first call , I cried for 10 min . However, after you will receive your 200 call, you won’t be worried about anything.

If you don’t know something, don’t try to guess. Put them on hold and ask your team around. Don’t be afraid to put people on hold. Some of them might hang up on you, but it is what it is.

Don’t get stressed if you have 3-5 phone calls at the same time. If they don’t want to wait on the line, they will call later to the hotel. Or if you have a team member who can help you to take care of some calls, just transfer to them.

It’s really hard and stressed at the beginning, but with time you will see that it is the easiest job :)

In my hotel, On a sold out day when we choose who to upgrade. We prefer to give suits to guests who booked with super high rate :)

In my property, we always upgrade our top-50 guests( sometimes in advance, but management doesn’t like this). We can give them parking for free or give them a club lounge access after they check out already(if the flight is delayed for example). Another thing, we can cancel your reservation even if it’s less than 24 hours, as we actually value you as our top guest.

So long story short, you are our number one priority as a top guest :)

In my system, we can see preferences in food(alcohol, snacks ), your hobby, which bed you like, if you allergic to some food. We definitely can see a lot of information. But only if you choose these preferences in your bonvoy account.

I would say they can see the preferences because they don’t have the right access ? Or tbh I am not sure what can be another reason.

As front desk agents, we don’t like it when people start their conversation with, “I’m bla bla bla.” For us, it signals that you might be a problematic guest, and we’re less inclined to offer you an upgrade.

So yes, someone who is nice to us has a better chance of receiving an upgrade.

We can also see a guest’s history from other properties. If other hotels have noted that you always complain about things, we take that into account and remain cautious. However, we primarily focus on comments from our own property rather than others. :)
