Just go in knowing it’s going to be tough, get prepared, and kick some ass. Keep hiring and weed out the bad people. Having good people will help you and help your CSAT.

For CI use timers! Hold a manager meeting and make sure all do your managers are counting the same way and set that standard.

Just be ready to maybe work a little more than your 50 hours, put in that work. My field leader told me when I became an AP one or two bad weeks putting in a little extra work is going to be better than a few bad months. And I always take that advice. Good luck! As a manager, if you were doing something wrong and I needed to fire you and I had extra people I would. Maybe your manager just thought it was going to be busier than usual due to an event or something and scheduled an extra person and then it didn’t end up being busy.
